Arc Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

This policy describes how Arc Studio and Bond Studio ("we," "us," and "our") handle information when you use our websites, Spatial Layout Capture, Arc Studio: Builder, and related room capture and design services. The information involved depends on the features and experience you use.

For privacy questions or requests, contact sagar@arcstudio.ai.

Information we collect

We may receive project and contact information from someone who invites you to a project or enters information on your behalf, such as a homeowner, contractor, or business partner.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and project access; capture and measure spaces; process scans and photos; create and edit layouts, designs, and visualizations; support project collaboration and materials workflows; respond to inquiries; and diagnose errors and maintain the services. Usage and diagnostic information helps us understand feature performance and improve the product.

When you use an AI feature, the relevant project content, images, messages, and instructions may be processed by AI models to analyze a space, answer a request, or generate a design. AI-generated measurements, descriptions, and images can contain errors.

When information is shared

A contractor, retailer, or other partner may provide a separate privacy notice for its own handling of information. This policy does not replace those notices.

Website and device controls

Our marketing website is hosted on GitHub Pages. The hosting provider processes technical request information when serving the website. Booking a demo opens a Typeform form, which processes the information you submit. Account and design experiences may use cookies or similar browser storage for authentication, preferences, and analytics.

You can manage camera and other app permissions in your device settings, and manage cookies and local storage in your browser. Disabling a permission or storage needed by a feature may prevent that feature from working. Stopping future camera access does not remove content already uploaded.

Retention and deletion

We retain information for the purposes described in this policy, including continued access to projects, collaboration, support, security, and legal requirements. Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose for keeping it.

Uninstalling an app or removing files from your device does not delete project information already stored on our servers. Removing an item from a project does not necessarily remove every associated scan, image, diagnostic record, or backup.

To request deletion of your account or information, email sagar@arcstudio.ai. Include the app or service you used and enough information for us to identify the account or project. Do not include passwords. We may need to verify your identity and clarify which information you want deleted. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or recordkeeping purposes; backup copies may remain until replaced or removed.

Security and processing locations

The arcstudio.ai website is served over HTTPS. Account features use authentication, while project links, invitations, and access codes can also provide access to project content. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Share project links and access codes only with people you intend to give access.

Information is processed using our systems and service providers, including systems in the United States. Processing locations can differ from where you live.

Your requests and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can contact sagar@arcstudio.ai to make a request or ask about the information associated with your use of the services.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through our services, contact us using the same address.

We may update this policy as our services and practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. If an update requires additional notice or consent, we will provide it as required.
